Return/ Exchange Exceptions
All sales items and items purchased using discount coupons cannot be returned or exchanged.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
You may also request for an exchange. In this case, you will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay the return shipping fee.
How To Return/ Exchange An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned/ exchanged, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return/ exchange the item within 7 days of purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund/ exchange, stating your reason, and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package the email printout with your signature for your return/ exchange and the original receipt.
