Use: Once a week. With a small amount of water, massage in gentle circular motions for about a minute or until the tangible particles dissolve. Rinse off using a sponge or soft cotton cloth and warm water. Follow with a gentle cleanse and proceed with a normal skin care routine. For face and décolleté. For a very deep exfoliation use less or no water.

I use this alternate day and find that it helps to clean my skin better. An exfoliatpr that can be modified depending how much water it comes into contact with. Very versatile and good. My overall skin is better. My facial lady also say my clogged pores improved alot
