Hydrosols are sometimes referred to as hydrolats or floral waters. Hydrosols are the aromatic remains after the steam-distillation of botanical plants and flowers. They are an excellent complement to essential oils because they are gentle enough to be used directly on the skin and can be used on children and pets.
The Florihana German Chamomile Organic Hydrosol or Hydrolat (Matricaria Recutita) certified organic and 100% natural. It is obtained by steam distillation of the flowers in France. This product is classified as a natural aroma (edible).

The Florihana German Chamomile Organic Hydrosol is highly effective at soothing skin conditions that are hot and red, including itchy, burning eyes or irritated, chaffed skin. To relieve irritated, itchy eyes connected with allergies or tiredness, make a compress by applying the hydrosol on cotton pads and place them on closed eyes for 10 to 15 minutes.
